Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Nalral learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor.
