Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Hugh was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
