His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
