He has black fur. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Cloak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Barkeep and found it very stressful. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
