History: Oren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Performer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
