History: Ortegar was born the youngest of three triplets. He found a children's book about a Halfling Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
