Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Brewer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
