Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arjhan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Arjhan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
