Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kelter embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Harvest was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Harvest's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
