History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Damien's homeland. Damien decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Hobart speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Hobart was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He now owns his own business.

History: He was born in the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
