History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west to a Seamstress, Darrow learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Darrow reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
