History: Qemuel hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Qemuel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Vassago was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Knight business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Gerard's homeland. Gerard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
