History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Caeldrim grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balimaar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miller but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
