From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Randal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Randal has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
