History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Ratbag hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ratbag grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ratbag. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Guy lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and to reunite with his old friends
