History: He was raised in a desert tribe. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he desires power and/or immortality
