History: Born in the west to a Carter, Thervan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: He was born in the east. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Thamuz was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thamuz's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gomory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
