History: He was born into a rich family. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nybarg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to prove his worth to the world
