Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerard. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
