Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Fortune-teller mother left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

History: Rangrim was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Rangrim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His silver hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Richard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
