History: Ghesh hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ghesh was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Chay lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly pickaxes and swords. He has a very tight haircut. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a Mercenary, his father struggled to pay the bills. Sark was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sark decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, marred by sweets. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Gennal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gennal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and money/treasure
