History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tailor and was forced into it by his family.
