History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
