History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: An older man who is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He has green eyes and a black hat with a pastel feather.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born in the north. Fallond was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
