History: He was born in the east. Paelias was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Masseuse. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
