Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: The child of a Ploughman, who enjoyed hunting, Flask was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's also a talented Ploughman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Varis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is dark but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He prefers to wear flannel. His blonde hair is long and unkept. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
