He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
