History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his flail, and is pretty ugly. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. After a long history of fighting, Glim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a black collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls
