History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Body Guard born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Pog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He struck the Body Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Locksmith.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire.
