History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
