His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Mordai liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Stannor would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Ulfgar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ulfgar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has worked as a Bricklayer like his father before him.
