Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His white hair is singed and shortened. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Beggar who has hired him part-time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paggen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paggen. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
