History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Valorean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Pijjirik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it
