Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bellfounder profession.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fletcher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
