History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Soveliss reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: An older man who prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mhurren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Watson alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
