History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Barrister. He became a Barrister soon after.

Motivation: To be a Crown-heir again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: The child of a Barrister, who enjoyed hunting, Quarion was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
