History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nybarg will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Nybarg does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
