History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Arannis would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lamlûg embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of a Layabout, who enjoyed hunting, Lamlûg was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
