History: He was born in the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
