Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Marshal business.

History: Jocelyn was born the youngest of three triplets. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a Beggar, his father struggled to pay the bills. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
