Personality: Megged is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Megged fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tanglar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Tanglar has worked very hard to control his curse. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Assassin mother left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in bastard sword use. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
