He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Thervan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When Thervan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Thervan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
