Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cimer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
