History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Faran was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Faran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Faran. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His copper crest is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Nykkan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
