He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Qemuel was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
