Description: An older man who wears a red cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings, he is not a threatening figure. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed red hat.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Spice Merchant who has hired him part-time. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Detective.

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
