Zook's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Zook and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Ribbles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
