Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Chem does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Namfoodle was born with his father's beautiful face. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
