Description: This man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his left hand. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Heskan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
