A true patriot, Skoth would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'4". He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler, and his gloved hand is found clutching a glaive. He has wavy golden hair. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He hates Dwarves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
